Mmm...Food

So I hit my calorie range of 1200-1400 calories a day and ate some yummy eats in the process. :)

Starting today I'm also attempting to go Gluten Free/Wheat Free for a week to see if that helps at all. I've never tested positive for Celiac disease but apparently the test can often test as a false negative. So I was told to try the diet and see what happens!
Unfortuately it's REALLY difficult to find things that are not only dairy-free, soy-free, egg-free, bean-free, carageenan-free (which I always have to do) and are go gluten free on top of that!
But I accomplished my first day of it! Yay! (Let's see how long it lasts!!)

I attempted to make Macaroni and Chreeze for dinner which is a brown rice pasta with a sauce that mimics cheese but is gluten-free, soy-free and dairy-free. What is it? Something called nutritional yeast.

Umm...YUCK. 

Let's just say I saved the noodles and tossed the Chreeze! Hey, try everything once right? (Or if you're forgetful like me, try everything 9 times and hopefully you'll remember before the 10th time that something really doesn't taste good!! Haha!)
