The ropes.
Ohhhh, the ropes.
I had to fling them, slam them, make circles with them, make waves with them.
Stare at them.
Ouch.
And the jump roping, push ups, sit ups, kettle crunches, squats, and pull ups.
Though for me, personally it's hard to compete with Sir Kettlebell.
Sir 18 LB Kettlebell who seems to seek to make me sore.
We've got a *cough* interesting relationship.
On my first day with Sir Kettlebell, I did over 225 reps.
Since then, we've not been the best of friends...or even on the best of terms.
On the first day I couldn't do five in a row without stopping.
But now, two weeks later, I'm up to 10-20 at a time.
(20 straight to start with, and 5 or 10 without stopping by the end of the reps...)
One day, we will enjoy a day together without me wincing.
But for now, I don't think today is the day.
I doubt tomorrow will be either...
